Service Description

We will work together to empower you to overcome the adversities you are facing. In our first War Room, we will define what winning looks like and then begin to develop the battle strategies that will get you there. By getting creative, using white boards, post-its, and other unique projective techniques, I will guide you on a deep journey of self-discovery, as it all starts there! I promise you will learn things you never knew about yourself! Then we will come up with a customized action plan. Healing is not for the faint of heart and I'm not a traditional therapist or coach that just listens and provides general guidance. With me, we will set SMART goals, progress tracking, and more! We are both committing to do whatever it takes to get the life you deserve!
